Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Acceptance

By accessing, registering for, or using the ALADDIN Platform in any manner, you ("User," "Client," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure Statement, and the AML/KYC Policy (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree to all provisions of the Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with notice to active Users.

3. Nature of the Service — SaaS Analytics Only

ALADDIN provides SaaS-based access to AI-powered market analytics tools. The Company is not, and does not represent itself to be, a broker-dealer, investment advisor, fund manager, or fiduciary.

4. Account Registration and Eligibility

To register, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) provide a valid mobile telephone number; (c) not be on any sanctions list; (d) not be a resident of a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and current.

5. Personal Dashboard — Usage Rules

The Personal Dashboard is a secure, single-user interface providing access to AI Signals, portfolio analytics, and communication tools. By using the Dashboard, you agree to:

• Use the Dashboard exclusively for personal, non-commercial analytical purposes;
• Not share Dashboard access credentials (phone number / OTP codes) with any third party;
• Not attempt to access another User's account by any means;
• Not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from the Dashboard;
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Report any unauthorized access to your account to the Company immediately.

6. Passwordless Authentication — User Responsibility

Access to the Platform is secured exclusively through a Passwordless OTP mechanism bound to your registered mobile telephone number. This design places the primary security responsibility on the User. You are solely and fully responsible for:

• The physical security of your mobile device and SIM card;
• Preventing unauthorized access to your mobile number by any person;
• The security of your linked Telegram and/or WhatsApp accounts;
• Immediately notifying the Company in the event of device theft, SIM swap, or suspected unauthorized access.

SIM swap fraud is a known attack vector. The Company strongly recommends: enabling SIM PIN protection with your mobile carrier; activating two-step verification on linked Telegram and WhatsApp accounts; registering a backup phone number with the Company.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Platform — including but not limited to the ALADDIN algorithmic trading system, AI models and machine learning frameworks, signal generation logic, source code, UI/UX design, analytical interfaces, data structures, trademarks, logos, and brand assets — are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected by international copyright, trade secret, patent, and trademark law.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, civil litigation (including claims for substantial damages and injunctive relief), and criminal prosecution where applicable.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, and attorney's fees arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your trading activity; (d) infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

11. Communications and Call Recording

All voice communications via the Platform's WebRTC module may be recorded. All chat communications via WebSocket are logged. By using these features, you consent to recording and storage for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. Recordings are retained for a minimum of five (5) years.

12. Account Suspension and Termination by Company

The Company reserves the absolute, unconditional, and unilateral right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account, with or without prior notice, upon occurrence of any of the following:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Unauthorized sharing, resale, or distribution of AI Signals;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the Platform;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Failure to comply with AML/KYC requirements;
• Identification on any sanctions list;
• Court order or regulatory directive;
• Any other conduct deemed harmful to the Company, its Users, or the integrity of the Platform.

13. Term and Termination by User

These Terms remain effective until terminated. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting legal@[domain].com. Certain provisions, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, survive termination indefinitely.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of [Arbitration Body], conducted in [City, Country]. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator, in the English language.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from competent courts.
